Our senior industrial hygienists perform inspection and testing services, and they are among the most qualified and experienced indoor environmental and mold inspectors in the New York City area. They have built a solid reputation among property owners and managers, attorneys, and insurers by providing excellence in identifying and solving indoor environmental problems. Our inspectors hold MS degrees in Engineering and Chemistry and are certified my the American Council of Accredited Certification as Certified Indoor Environmental Consultants and Certified Microbial Investigators. Our investigators are EPA certified lead based paint inspectors and lead risk assessors. They are also New York State Department of Labor certified as Asbestos Inspectors.
